Fully staffed

Delighted to report that the Darwin Project is now fully staffed and ready to go into development workshops next week.  Okorie Chukwu and Suzie McGrath are the two actors joining the project - they'll help develop the play and then perform it on its tour.  They both bring considerable experience and talent and we feel very lucky that they're with us.

Meanwhile, Maryam Shofowora has joined the team as a volunteer project co-ordinator.  She'll be providing valuable support co-ordinating rehearsals and the tour and liaising directly with schools.

Workshops start on Monday - four days of exploring Darwin's ideas with 14 young people from across Islington.  It's a chance for the writer, Ali, to really get his teeth into how people feel about evolution - and for the actors to explore some ideas with their target audience.  We'll be blogging daily on our progress.
