Meeting

Forget all the plays, productions, opportunities, workshops.  All the things we talk about as central to our vision of what we want our company to be.  If we didn't have moments like this, it wouldn't be worth doing any of it.

Here's Ben (Year 11) and Soumia (Year 8) sharing a conversation and a bite to eat at the residential that we took our young people on in half term.  They're at different schools, 4 years apart, live in different areas.  There's no way they'd have had this chat without our work and it's that meeting of minds and lives that is most special to me.
