We believe strongly in increasing the number of local people (particularly those who have attended schools in Islington) who go on to lead theatre projects.  We are committed to ensuring that as many of our projects are run by local people as possible.

Our training helps people of whatever age who’ve taken part in projects with us in the past to develop their community workshop leading skills, whilst also linking them to other organisations locally and further afield who can help to support their development and potentially offer work opportunities in the future.

We are currently developing a training project for new facilitators in conjunction with other arts companies in Islington.  Please contact us for more information.
